Renters must:

Deposit is required at the time of picking up the vehicle. This will be refunded after the vehicle is inspected upon return.

Refundable Reservations
• Full refund if canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time
• 50% fee for cancellations made within 24–48 hours
• No refund (100% charge) for cancellations less than 24 hours before start time or noshows
• No refunds for early vehicle returns

Non-Refundable Reservations
• Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking
• No refund after 24 hours from booking

Late returns may incur an additional hourly fee. Please return the van on time to avoid extra charges.

Yes. You can either use your personal auto insurance (if it covers rentals) or purchase a temporary rental insurance policy through us.

Yes, but you must inform us in advance. Additional mileage fees may apply for long- distance trips.

At this time, we provide van rentals only, but we can recommend professional chauffeur upon request.

15-passenger Sprinters 170WB run on diesel. Please double-check the fuel label on the fuel door before refueling. Using the wrong fuel can cause serious damage, and renters will be held fully responsible for any resulting repair costs.

Each van comes with NTTA TollTag that lets you drive through Texas tollways without stopping. Renter is responsible for all tolls and any violations related to other tolls fees (in other states) and parking fees, etc., during the time of your use. If a fine remains unpaid and we receive a delinquent violation notice, we will charge an administration fee in addition to the fine to pay and process the penalty on your behalf.
